Ben (on the left) founded Lindenhoff together with his wife Ria. Nowadays the brothers Berend and William took over the company. We use their products on a daily base and our cooperation becomes closer every year. This translates in discussing seeds and specially grown (vegetable) varieties.
Pieter van Meel
The man in the picture is not Pieter, but Thomas van Meel. They make sure we can serve wild meat almost all year round.
L'Empereur Boucherie Française is a butcher's that works the traditional way from start to finish. This is reflected in the presence of its own chacuterie, and the way that the meat is cut and boned from the whole carcasses that it receives.
As far as we're concerned, Wim is the godfather of vegetables. In his fields and greenhouses he grows a wide range of special fruits and vegetables without using a heating system. He currently produces eighty varieties of vegetables and fifty varieties of herbs each year.
