A 10 course menu in the last two weeks of this year

Dear guests, 

Festive news: This year we’re also open in the last two weeks of the year. To celebrate this, our chef Benny Blisto came up with an epic idea: to serve a special 10 course menu. 

The menu is 85 euro and we serve it from 20 t/m 24 and 27 t/m 30 December. On the 23, 24 and 30 december we serve this menu as a lunch for 75 euro.

In 2018, we’re open from 3 January. Then we’ll serve our normal menu again.

A new way of working in 2017

Dear guests, 

We have exciting news. Starting from 2017 we won’t use cattle in our kitchen. This may sound alarming, but it certainly is not. We just want to get rid of the unnecessary use of beef, pork and chicken.

We're going to work exclusively with wild meat and fish. With these animals it is better to ensure that they have a free life. In this way we make optimal use of what the different seasons have to offer. 

We are convinced that this is the right way to a better world.

Of course we won't compromise on taste. We see this as a great challenge and hope that everyone comes to taste our menus again in the new year.
